Kailash was born in Sindhupalchok, Nepal. His grandfather was a social worker, and his work inspired him from an early age. After completing his MBA from the University of Sunderland, he returned to Nepal and started working with charitable organizations to support Nepal’s underprivileged children. When Nepal was hit with a devastating earthquake in 2015, Kailash was involved in relief materials distribution and helping affected people.

His role at Mannkind Charity is to complete secretarial work, which involves accounting, budgeting, report writing, arranging meetings with different NGOs, minute writing, and updating organizational documents as per the Nepal government rules and regulations. Kailash enjoys travelling in his free time.
