Namrita was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and studied sciences in post-secondary. After practicing dental hygiene for ten years, she completed a further designation through Thompson Rivers University. She is passionate about patient care and preventative health.

Namrita has been a member of Mannkind Charity since 2010. Her role encompasses organizing fundraising initiatives and collaborating with volunteers on project enhancement. Her involvement with Mannkind was sparked by a desire to become a positive role model for her children and to be involved with a group that strives to improve the lives of children. Namrita was impressed by the charity’s objective to not only feed and educate children but to also improve their lives by harnessing their creativity through the arts. In her spare time, Namrita enjoys outdoor activities with her family and has recently taken up golf.
